ADP is looking for a results oriented leader to lead our global HR Policy, Compliance and Compliance Learning functions. This is a critical and highly visible role responsible for building and executing a new global agenda, including strategy development, prioritization of domestic and global initiatives, stakeholder communication and buy in, and driving initiatives with colleagues across the enterprise. Key Attributes:
* HR Compliance SME -- Build and implement an effective governance infrastructure in a global environment , assess and action compliance priorities with initial emphasis on EU markets and the U.S. market.
* Hands-on Leadership - Responsible for both the strategic development and implementation of key priorities in the HR Compliance, Compliance Learning and Policy function. Must have the ability to build and maintain strong internal partnerships with functional colleagues and senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
* People Leadership & Talent Development - Provide leadership, overall direction, hiring, training, coaching and career pathing for the highly skilled professionals in the HR Policy and Compliance team.
* Analytics & Communication - Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to elicit and communicate trends to leaders of all levels of the organization.


* Responsible for formulating, communicating and managing global policy compliance strategies, goals and objectives, as well as a strategic vision for HR policy, compliance and compliance learning that effectively manages and mitigates risk, consistent with the ADP Values.
* Analyze external peer/industry practices to identify potential enhancements and work with an internal network of policy and compliance liaisons representing all ADP locations globally to build consensus on policy and compliance priorities. Manage implementation of global policy deployments and ongoing managed updates to policies and programs.
* Responsible for developing, evaluating, coordinating and implementing compliance reporting and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with current regulations, with initial focus in the EU and US markets.
* Lead and manage team of Compliance Learning consultants who partner with colleagues in ADP's Legal, Ethics, and Security organizations in the development and deployment of compliance learning initiatives. Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Degree Preferred.
* Minimum 10 years related global experience -- highly-regulated industry experience and hands on operations preferred.
* Strategic and tactical experience in HR Compliance and HR Policy development.
* Proven track record of directly leading a team, developing successful internal/external relationships and establishing and driving a strategy and HR policy agenda.
* Ability to be successful in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
* High personal resilience, ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically, and to connect the dots across a large global organization. LIEXEC
