+ Consults with executive leadership to identify and answer critical questions about future of the club

+ Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

+ Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

+ Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

+ Driving innovative, reinvented club operational solutions that support the business growth and strategic vision of executive leadership though partnering with and engaging the business (for example, Merchandising, Technology, Membership, Operations)

+ Oversees implementation and execution of new innovations and drives change through the business

+ Pioneering the way for future Club innovation

+ Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 4 years supervisory experience.

+ Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 6 years experience in project management, innovations, or related field OR 8 years experience in project management, innovations, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4 years experience leading cross-functional teams.

+ Masters degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
