We're looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and collaboration to join the ADP team as the Senior Director, Product Management. This key role is responsible for driving a vision for intuitive and effortless web and mobile solutions across an environment of compliance systems that service some of world's largest brands, our ADP clients. The right individual will be a product-minded leader, who has a track record of simplifying complex problems with a customer-first approach. They will define and drive a product vision, strategy and roadmap from an outside-in perspective that must also meet the needs of internal stakeholders. The individual will be passionate about solving client experiences through voice of customer activities, as well as interpreting business processes into web-based workflows, defining and delivering complete end-to-end experiences. They will partner with their team, supporting and working with them to drive results -- listening, collaborating and executing.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead a product vision and strategy, partnering with the business and development teams at ADP.
  • Manage a clear and effective roadmap across the product portfolio; drive and organize the intake process for new requests and competing priorities.
  • Set clear and obtainable priorities and deliverables in the product roadmap. Driving discipline, clarity and accoutability.
  • Build an effective team that aligns on soultions for the clients needs and best possible experiences. Empower the team and drive accountability. Nurture passion, creativity and innovation.
  • Partner with development leadership to drive effective and efficient processes during execution phase.
  • Be an evangelist for the customer. Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions -- be bold and remove opinion-based decision making.
  • Become the subject matter expert for your portfolio -- both internally and externally. Know the details, roll up the sleeves and get involved.
  • Define customer experiences that will enable and simplify the customer journey through their use of ADP products.
  • Be accountable to measurable product KPIs, report outcomes and drive priorities to improve.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience leading agile product management and development teams.
  • Financial services/Industry experience.
  • Strong user experience passion, focus and commitment.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Proven experience managing in complex technical and organizational environments.
  • Passion for delivering great outcomes through an awesome customer experience
  • Experience researching relevant industry trends and applying to product strategy & roadmap
  • Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to create a clear, concise presentation of findings, and effectively present to any level of the organization
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across functions with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
