What you'll do at

Creates long-term strategies and delivers optimal value for strategic initiatives by leading in-market strategic assessments to determine Fresh Food Manufacturing capabilities; providing financial analysis, operating model and capital allocation recommendations for future network growth; sharing global best practices; networking and building strategic alliances within the company and with suppliers, trade groups, non-governmental organizations, and executive leadership; and facilitating and executing the strategic vision.

Drives innovative strategies to achieve and influence senior executive vision by anticipating current and future business needs; identifying industry trends and market forces; assessing organizational readiness for change and gaps between current and future international Fresh Food Manufacturing and talent needs; and influencing expectations of in-country and Home Office senior leadership (for example, Chief Merchandise Officer).

Develops and champions transformational and innovative change for multiple integrated strategies across the business by creating a compelling vision and strategy; integrating initiatives into strategic goals; partnering with multiple business sponsors; eliminating barriers; and obtaining buy-in from executive vice presidents and senior vice presidents.

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement
opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Manages global planning and improvement by creating KPI’s and scorecards; calculating and recommending capital spend for future manufacturing projects or productivity investments; and monitoring and delivering in-market assessments, business cases and new projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field AND 7 years experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field OR 9 years experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field OR Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field AND 5 years experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field.
- 2 years’ of supervisory experience.
- 5 years’ experience in strategic planning.
- 5 years’ experience in financial planning.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Strategic Planning, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years’ supervisory experience.
- 5 years’ Mergers and Acquisitions or private equity experience.
-10 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
-5 years’ manufacturing experience.
-7 years’ experience conducting resource planning.
-5 years’ experience working on international projects
-Business proficiency in a second language (for example, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish).
