ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Talent Development Operations, he/she will direct ADP's Global Talent Development (GTD) operations. Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of Global Talent Development core processes and initiatives in support of ADP's enterprise and business/function talent imperatives. Establishes and manages quality standards, standard operating practices, measurement/reporting, communications, and enabling tools/technologies to ensure achievement of GTD business goals and continuous improvement.

Your Day to Day:
  • You will be a member of the Global Talent Development leadership team and provide information and insights to help manage the talent operations for the ADP Enterprise.
  • Design, support, and continually improve ADP's global talent operations, tools and resources.
  • Partnering with Global Talent Development leaders and vendors to highlight performance, observe, assess and quickly identify low performing areas, determine root cause(s) and work with leader(s), vendor(s), colleagues and stakeholders to remedy.
  • Oversee implementation of new talent management practices, processes and initiatives and provide talent development expertise across the GTD function.
  • Manage the overall portfolio of GTD core operations and new initiatives, ensuring the work has been appropriately scoped, aligned, resourced, and communicated to ensure success across all functions and partners.
  • Lead the evaluation and effectiveness of talent development operations by establishing and maintaining core metrics and relevant scorecards/tracking tools.
  • Build and maintain a highly collaborative, strategic, and operational relationships within Global Talent & Development, HR COEs, HR Business Partners, Business Leadership, and Product & Technology partners.
  • Analyze performance data and conduct learning and development needs analyses to knowledgeably recommend learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage strategy and tactics for communications internally keeping all stakeholders informed of strategy as well as external award applications as well as internal partner enablement and enterprise communications.
  • Monitors ROI for 3rd party tools and technologies and works with GTD leaders to optimize investment.
  • Design, support, and continually improve ADP's global talent performance processes, tools and resources.
  • Partners with leaders and stakeholders focused on challenges around profile, applicant flow or other issues in the hiring process.
  • Collaborates on communication of any changes in strategy with any and all impacted partners

Maintains external benchmark data against peer and world-class organizations as it relates to Talent trends, metrics and tools.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Organizational Psychology, Communications preferred.
  • 7 + years of directly related experience in Talent Development, Performance Management and Client service.
  • Successful Learning and Development and/or Operations experience in a large global organization.
  • Intrinsically curious, creative, and an innovation problem solver.
  • A great listener possessing emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and quick to build trust amongst stakeholders.
  • Inspirational leadership with a passion for assessing, hiring, developing and retaining talent.
