Description

Under general supervision, the Senior Document Agent is responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily workflow to ensure all agents are utilized in the most efficient manner to meet or exceed service level agreements.  The Senior Document Agent may also train new employees, produce department production reports and be assigned to special projects.


  • Senior Document Agents are required to maintain a continuous and orderly workflow; assist File Agents and/or Document Agents with daily tasks, resolve issues, provide daily status on department activity, monitor productivity and performance of agents, perform and track random inspections, escalate any system, resource or performance issues to management.  Senior Document Agents may perform all job functions of a Title or Document Agent to meet production requirements.   All documents must be processed with a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.



Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and skills
◾High School diploma or equivalent
◾Basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e. MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
◾Phone skills preferred
◾One year as a document agent or customer service experience preferred
◾Data entry skills required for verifying documents; 25-35 WPM
◾Knowledge of state abbreviations preferred
◾Knowledge of shipping software and mailing equipment preferred for mail room
◾Working knowledge of imaging software preferred
◾Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs
◾Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work
◾Ability to sit or stand, bend, reach, pull and climb step ladders for long periods of time
