Who You'll Work WithAct as a technical coordinator both within and across the Product Operations team. Work with the engineering design team in order to assure that the product development meets the manufacturing requirements. What You'll Do-Lead the manufacturing effort to define and drive design for manufacturing and test (DFM and DFT) with the goal of reducing the assembly and test time, and increasing the overall product quality. -Provide technical guidance to manufacturing value engineering team on hardware cost redesign and bug fixes. Drives avoidance and reduction in product costs of goods through the ongoing investigation and qualification of lower cost parts and more effective processes.-Provide support to existing products by coordinating with design engineer, Quality Engineer, Product Lifecycle PM, and the Manufacturing Engineers to resolve HW and SW quality issue that are impacting Cisco customers as well as manufacturing.- Manage and execute manufacture and engineering changes to existing products through the MCN process.- Leads manufacture test process improvement, including but not limited to, improving test coverage, reducing redundant test items, optimizing sampling test strategy, driving test transformation cost saving etc.- Design and build test fixtures / equipment for production test use / test capacity expansion.- Support product move / transfer. New plant test facility / process set up / audit. Who You Are- Energetic team player with outstanding learning ability. Attitude to work in extended/remote team and technical leadership. Ability to work on complex issues that require both technical knowledge, program management and decision making skills.- Fluent knowledge of English to conduct meeting/presentations.- B.S. or M.S. degree in electronics, telecommunication or equivalent trainings.-10 years’ experience in product engineering and manufacture test development.- Understanding of system hardware architectures, design concepts and engineering development practices. Using various diagnostic tools, debug and trouble-shoot failing system at board level. Characterize timing interface using scope, logic analyzers, TDR and various other equipment. Experience in testing, debugging and bring-up proto boards.- Experiences with Allegro, Valor and other manufacturing tools.- Understanding of end-to-end product development process.- Experience with SW development.
