Description

Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Sr. Manager with 10 years of experience to join our Client Services team in South Jordan, Utah.

Looking for a driven customer advocacy leader, someone who can plan, develop and execute complex programs to support and enhance our customers’ interactions. Outside the box visionary, that has the ability to challenge what has previously been done and look for improvisations. Reporting to the Director, Client Services, this role will be responsible for building a successful client service function to support our growing business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define operational metrics for the team
  • Establish system for tracking metrics and drive team performance to ensure that client expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor all customer escalations to assure rapid response and follow-up as required by the appropriate owners
  • As a customer experience advocate, responsibility will include helping to design, model, develop and champion customer enhancements across the business.
  • Perform or manage customer knowledge/training activities to improve product understanding
  • Build and maintain client service standard operating procedures that support business needs and growth objectives
  • Establish a weekly and monthly reporting cadence
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills to drive change among team members across the business  

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline with advance degree preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a Client Services, Support or related function and at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated passion for improving the customer’s experience
  • Project management – strong multi-tasking, analytical and process-oriented capabilities
  • People management skills required
  • Strong relationship building and excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience and success in team member development and retention
  • Ability to be collaborative and work well in a team environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen
