Our APAC regional Compensation team is a small, geographically dispersed group committed to delivering compensation solutions that create value for our business.

Our team works remotely from one another and forms part of a larger global function driving compensation strategies and design work within the region. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Ensuring excellence in the design of compensation & benefits programs and delivery of customer service across a group of countries within APAC

+ Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of benefit programs to determine benefit needs and priorities

+ Analysis and evaluation of external and internal data to inform compensation & benefits design which meets the needs of Pfizer businesses

+ Advice and consultation in the development of salary offers and cross-border transfers.

+ Leadership and coaching others in Pfizer's Global Compensation & Benefits strategy and positioning; policies, processes, tools and practices

+ Project managing compensation & benefits design work within a country and participation in enterprise-wide project teams

+ Constantly seeking out opportunities to improve existing processes and build on internal and external knowledge base

+ Acting independently to identify innovative solutions to complex compensation and benefits issues

+ Ensuring delivery of the annual compensation planning process (base salary annual increase, bonus payout and long-term incentive awards)

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

+ A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, part of which should be in a specialist role in Compensation and Benefits

+ Degree qualifications in the areas of Human Resources or Finance, supplemented by additional functional training in Compensation & Benefits practices

+ Previous experience working in compensation & benefits across multiple markets within the Asia Pacific region

+ Strong English written and verbal communication skills

+ A proven track record in Project Management and stakeholder engagement

+ The ability to work remotely within a virtual team
