Description The Sr. Manager Programmatic will primarily focus on creating and managing a national advertising private marketplace of programmatic buying opportunities across AT&T AdWorks portfolio of TV and Digital inventory.



This role will work with AT&T programmatic partners to build and expose AT&T’s ad inventory and data to agencies and marketers. The programmatic lead will look to support a seamless, transparent and automated programmatic ad technology solution encompassing AT&T’s TV, mobile, IoT and partner inventory.



You will participate in leading the product strategy, management and execution of the television product roadmap, transforming A&T AdWorks into a multi-billion dollar media solutions provider.



+ Collaborate with all advertising support teams (sales, marketing, ops, research, engineering) to develop product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives

+ New product development will be an area responsibility of the position



+ Develop business cases and quarterly reviews for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Five years of experience in product life cycle management required

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements

+ Proven ability to launch and support ideas and vision

+ Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously

+ Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations including technology, go-to-market, and device teams

+ Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills

+ Strong strategic thinking skills

+ Working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures and excellent communication

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications



**Desired Qualifications:**



+ Six or more years of experience in product lifecycle management

+ Experience in wireless services, data, and / or high tech industry--messaging experience

+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them

+ BA in Marketing or Business preferred
