The primary scope of the ELIQUIS Medical Group/Integrated Delivery Network (MG/IDN) Marketing role is to serve as the lead for the advanced customer space, identifying and applying insights to lead the strategy and tactical development of tools and resources to support MG/IDN accounts in managing their patient populations as it relates to anticoagulation pathways. MG/IDNs currently represent the majority of ELIQUIS business. The marketer will be the primary liaison between the HQ Brand Marketing team and the Organized Customer team organization, which has prioritized anticoagulation as one of its three primary areas of focus. The ELIQUIS team operates as an Alliance with Bristol Meyers Squibb (BMS) and the team has a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across both companies.


+ Leading the overarching strategy with the advanced customer accounts prioritized by the KAM organization, in close consultation with the HCP/MG-IDN/Payer Advanced Customer Team Lead, KAM leadership, Field-Based Medical leadership, and Regional Customer Marketers, to align with these organized customers' goals of improving clinical outcomes, increasing patient experience, and reducing cost while maintaining a competitive advantage.

+ Leading the evolution of the anticoagulation MG/IDN value proposition and platform of clinical decision support and patient education tools to stay relevant to organized customers and maintain a leadership position across the KAM portfolio.

+ Leading key initiatives aligned to the 2018 Strategic and Tactical Plans including: developing a case study educational series for IDN decision makers and developing tools to enable MG/IDNs to more efficiently implement anticoagulation treatment pathways, such as HIT resources.

+ Serve as the KAM POA Lead, developing POA Key Imperatives, launching resources, creating training and workshop tools, and leading all communications.

+ Measuring the impact of Marketing initiatives, generating early learnings, gleaning insights, and adapting in real-time to drive continuous improvement.

+ Participating in the MG/IDN Marketing Community of Practice and helping build, incubate, and scale B2B marketing capabilities across the portfolio.

+ Pilot MG/IDN learning collaborations, enabling MG/IDN customers to learn best practices from each other in driving anticoagulation treatment.

+ Manage the MG/IDN agency of record, ensuring adherence to the scope of work, timelines and budget.

+ Oversee NVAF and VTE resources field implementation among MG/IDNs, including application support, communicating platform functionality updates, and coordinating with the agency to ensure timely and accurate dashboard reports.

+ Provide routine updates to Leadership on key performance metrics, including analysis of the Medical Group Workbook and/or other MG/IDN performance reports.

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key functions, including but not limited to Medical, Outcomes and Evidence (O&E), BAI, Strategy & Analytics, Legal, Finance and Regulatory.


+ Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred

+ 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry, provider, managed care, or strategic consulting experience

+ Account Management not required, but desirable

+ Demonstrated strong project management skills

+ Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility

+ Demonstrated success in influence/negotiation; able to build and maintain productive/collaborative relationships

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to navigate internal organization/processes

+ Ability to engage and influence cross-functional team members, even without direct reporting relationships


US role based at New York City, with domestic travel of up to 25%.
