+ Consults with business units to determine business critical skills

+ Designs pay administration guidelines to ensure equitable, compliant, and effective execution of compensation programs

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Leads key global compensation initiatives

+ Leads the design of long-term incentive plans based on overall corporate guidelines and relevance in countries of operation

+ Manages Walmart Leverage compensation supplier contracts

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 3 years experience in human resources, finance, accounting, or related field OR 5 years experience in human resources, finance, accounting, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 2 years of experience in international business, human resources, or related field.

+ 2 years of supervisory experience.

+ 3 years project management experience, including data analysis, market research, or compensation program design.

+ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

+ Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

+ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

+ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
