Its all part of our unwavering commitment to creating opportunities and bringing value to customers and communities around the world.Job Title:Sr. Manager, Member Strategy - Engagement Marketing - Sam's ClubEmployment Type:Full TimeCity:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description:The Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing will be responsible for creating the strategic marketing growth plan for Sams Club members as it relates to the Fresh, Freezer and Cooler Merchandise Area. You will manage a robust marketing calendar that drives visits and sales of existing members leveraging the merchandise attributes and communicating the value of Sams Club. As the business owner you will work with a cross functional team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that support the merchants in achieving their sales plan.







+ Develops and implements Membership Program Management (MRM) strategy, planning, and innovation to drive sales, membership, and member engagement of key segments

+ Develops and manages key supplier partnerships on new and existing initiatives

+ Drives Membership Program Management (MRM) operational plan development and execution for multiple agencies

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

+ Ensures business needs are being met

+ Ensures continued financial management

+ Identifies business needs

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications:



+ Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or a related field OR Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or related field OR 8 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:



+ 4 years experience in retail customer relationship management (CRM) in a large corporate environment.

+ 2 years of supervisory experience.

+ 3 years experience leading deployment of complex analytical customer relationship management (CRM) projects.

+ 4 years experience managing agency relationships.

+ Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or a related field.
