**ROLE SUMMARY**







The MQS Operations Sr. Manager, will Support all Manufacturing & Quality Solutions (MQS) teams with the development and execution of operational processes. The candidate will track and coordinate target KPIs and continuous improvement activities for overall MQS organization. Be responsible for maintaining and executing both the MQS Project and Operating budgets. Directs and/or performs the development and release management activities required to create and deploy automated process solutions. As well as participate and/or actively leads process development/harmonization teams. Automates the publication, dissemination and/or performance of identified MQS processes. Other activities may include assisting with Communications and Compliance work within the team.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



Responsibilities include, but not limited to:







+ Manages Project and OPEX budget, forecasting, and accrual processes



+ Independent management of various assigned projects, with an overall goal of ensuring BT Manufacturing & Quality Solutions project portfolio processes are defined and executed



+ Coordinate/executes annual budget planning process and monthly forecast



+ Manages vendor software license inventory



+ Supports and drives business case development and MQS process modeling



+ Lead and support MQS process improvement efforts leveraging process analysis and improvement best practice techniques (i.e., Six Sigma, Lean, workflow analysis, etc.); analyze and optimize current MQS processes and develop and implement new processes



+ Define process analysis, modeling and automation standards and tools; consult with team members and clients on the proper usage of the standards and tools



+ Develop strategies and plans to improve process adoption or implementation through automation



+ Work with peer teams to define, plan, schedule and develop process publication and automation releases; manage and/or perform activities to develop and deploy each release



+ Subject matter expert and lead for internal MQS tools (eg: i-Nexus)







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ 7 + years of professional business experience within large, complex business environments



+ Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience



+ Demonstrated organizational, oral and written communication skills



+ Ability to manage and complete multiple projects at once, on time and within budget



+ Experience in understanding and applying software development lifecycle methodologies



+ Ability to influence others and is seen as a subject matter expert



+ Operates with minimal supervision and can independently pursue the correct course of action based on a defined strategy



+ Working knowledge in:



+ MS Office, increased knowledge of Excel



+ MS Access



+ MS Visio



+ Tableau



+ Ariba



+ i-Nexus experience preferred



+ POD experience preferred



+ SharePoint Designer and Site Collection Administrator functions a plus



+ Web design, configuration and graphics a plus



+ HTML a plus







**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**







Minimal/occasional travel







As part of a global virtual team, this role will include occasional off-hours meetings in order to collaborate with colleagues in other regions.
