What You'll Do

The Partner Experience and Programs Marketing team is seeking a strong leader for the development and execution of the marketing strategies, driving partner awareness, and engagement of our channel programs. This critical role will unlock deeper engagement with Cisco's partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the marketing team, strategy, and budget to partners on brand, programs and incentives
  • You'll develop strategies to integrate marketing into our partner marketing programs. You'll develop strategy and goals at global and regional levels in alignment with the business and sales on channel program positioning and branding
  • You'll use competitive intelligence to position and differentiate Cisco
  • You will contribute to Cisco’s longer-term partner program evolution and simplification goals
  • You will develop the core positioning, messaging and segmentation. You'll also develop and implement go-to-market omnichannel plans for partner programs, working with all functional groups. You will establish consistency in Cisco’s partner brand and execution globally
  • You will be accountable for marketing spend, processes and return on investment measurement. You will collaborate across the business, sales, regions and Marketing and Communications

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing
  • You possess a minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum 5 years in channel/partner marketing
  • You are a natural leader with the ability to influence others. You have previous experience leading a team though groundbreaking change. You develop strong relations with your partners and team members
  • You have strong experience in driving B2B marketing programs to and through channel partners with a proven track record of delivering impactful programs
  • You have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • You have proven experience and project management skills in a highly matrixed organization
  • You are able to travel up to 25%, including international travel
