This role is highly critical in support of overall client retention through a number of methods in support of defined benchmarks/goals.  This role supports the Director, Performance Management in team coordination of activities and drives action associated with key focuses and requirements of the function/business.

  • To monitor and drive team client engagement activity levels.
  • To report and share engagement results across team in an effort to achieve the desired goals.
  • To monitor assignment and reassignment of client accounts and loading as appropriate across team.
  • To assign out to team, internal triggers for completed deployments with client accounts.
  • To play integral role in the launch of new products and release of enhancements to existing products.
  • To work closely with Product, Development, ID team and Director PM, to develop plans to roll out new products/releases effectively across Performance Management and client base.
  • To coordinate ‘value added engagements’ with clients for Senior team members and Performance Management leadership. 
  • To act as the main point of contact/funnel for internal team members and other business functions outside of Performance Management to share client feedback for PM action.
  • To also represent Performance Management with respect to OEM relationships, feedback and needs.
  • To work closely with Director, Performance Management on strategies/plans that impact the team.
  • To identify gaps in process and or actions and determine appropriate action plans for leadership approval.
  • To participate in the recruitment process for Performance Management team members.
  • To coordinate new hire offers, start dates, travel planning and through the new hire training process.
  • To provide weekly status reports to senior leadership.
  • To participate and represent Xtime Performance Management in Cox projects and requirements as appropriate.
  • To act as primary support for all things Performance Management across PM team
  • To support in the coordination and planning for mid-year and annual performance reviews.
  • To drive and support PIP process with Performance Management leadership.


  • Must have minimum associate degree.
  • Must have MINIMUM of 7 years’ experience in Manager capacity, managing team.
  • Must experience of interacting and developing relationships at all levels within business – i.e. from GM/VP to Manager and other senior leaders.
  • Must have proven experience in driving and achieving results.
  • Must have ability to handle multiple activities concurrently.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Must possess high sense of urgency in approach and towards our efforts with clients.
  • Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exposure and experience to CRM – Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • Exposure and experience of retail auto dealerships would be beneficial.
