The Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Business Technology (BT) Digital Transformation team is responsible for identifying and delivering digital solutions that support PGS's overall Transformation initiative. The Digital Experience team within the PGS BT Digital Transformation is responsible for defining and executing the overall digital user experience strategy across the Transformation Digital solutions. In addition, the Digital Experience team is involved in the end-to-end delivery of key strategic digital solutions such as Operations Center.

The Sr. Manager PGS BT Transformation colleague is responsible for identifying digital solution opportunities and managing the creative design, delivery, training, and deployment of these solutions. This includes stakeholder alignment, communications, change management, requirements analysis, release management, training and deployment support. This role will also be responsible for managing in-flight programs such as the Digital Operations Center program. The Sr. Manager PGS BT Transformation colleagues will partner with various PGS stakeholders, External Strategic Partners and BT lines including Collaboration COE, Mobile COE to drive forward innovative solutions for PGS.


The Sr. Manager PGS BT Transformation colleague's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Identify and design digital innovative solutions for Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to enhance PGS Transformation

+ Manage deliverables and timelines for the Digital Experience team programs

+ Translate ideas/concepts into seamless User Experiences and Creative designs (including developing concepts and graphics) across PGS BT Transformation programs

+ Communicate strategies and tactical plans across various PGS and BT stakeholders

+ Manage external resources to ensure Pfizer commitments are met

+ Responsible for project budgeting and forecasting

+ Manage Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and License Management

+ Participate in the Release Planning and Impact Assessment process.

+ Oversee Design, Dev/Config, Testing

+ Create BTAMS model for new applications

+ Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget

+ Work in accordance to the GRC (GMP Regulatory Compliance) and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Guidelines for all software and tools as applicable.

+ Develop necessary documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Training Documentation, Design Documents, RSV (Requirements Specification Verification), etc.

Recommend and implement development best practices


Education: BS in Information Technology or related discipline.

A minimum of 8 years related work experience, 5 years of supporting manufacturing operations.

+ 8+ years of project management experience - Required

+ 8+ years of global solution development - Required

+ 8+ years of User Experience design - Required

+ 4+ years of SDLC experience within Pharmaceutical industry - Recommended

+ Experience as a graphic designer or in related field - Recommended

+ Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - Recommended

+ Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues at all levels including executive levels - Required

+ Knowledge of financial and project management - Required

+ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously - Required

+ Ability to train colleagues on innovative technologies and experiences - Required

Understanding of financial and procurement operations - Required


Ability to manage many parallel objectives and changing priorities. Working with various stakeholders from multiple groups.


Ability to travel up to 20% . Ability to meet with colleagues virtually across different regions
