Job Details

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Regional Supply Chain APAC, this role will provide support for all supply related planning activities in the Asia region and support the needs of market demand and business requirements across business units as part of Global Supply Chain & Portfolio Management. This position will assist in the development, planning, and implementation of supply plans to ensure supply continuity and at the same time drive/ manage supply chain performances meeting/ exceeding set targets. He/ she will work in close association with other members of PGS and Commercial, partner with Market Leads and Regional Therapeutic Area Leads in delivering optimized portfolio selling and gross margins. This colleague will support revenue enhancement initiatives, improve forecast accuracy/ % in-stock/ overall BSC, deliver inventory targets, and help implement global projects and initiatives in the region.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Support all supply/ demand planning activities in the region to ensure supply continuity

+ Manage supply chain performances and data, drive to meet BSC target, track and monitor overall regional/ market SC KPIs and support markets/ region to meet/ exceed targets

+ Provide regional analytical oversight while ensuring alignment with global supply chain in managing metrics and key performance indicators

+ Lead specific process improvement initiatives to enhance network planning capabilities and provide support for process governance to ensure structured and consistent planning approach in the network

+ Run monthly regional S&Op meeting with key stakeholders and provide needed support to markets in enabling market S&Op capability

+ Co-manage product supply allocation with RTAL and BSL for planning at global/ regional level and execution to market level while optimizing gross margin and revenue

+ Support new tender and business opportunities working with key stakeholders to increase supply visibility while assisting in fulfilling business requirements for acquiring new business

+ Track and report supply-related financial impacts at brand level and identify recovery solutions.

+ Support product change management requirements, including PNS, artwork/ source/ regulatory change, license renewal, etc. via proactive planning process to ensure continuity of supply in the market

+ Support the annual PGS and inventory budgeting process, reduce excess/ slow-moving inventory items in the supply pipeline, and drive inventory optimization in meeting Pfizer's overall working capital objective

+ Optimize the ways of workings and process between Supply Planning Hub (AMP) and markets

**Qualifications & Technical Skill Requirements**

+ Degree or equivalent. Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.

+ Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Planning in an international environment preferably from the Pharmaceutical industry.

+ Strong planning and analytical skills.

+ Experience with SAP or Oracle, analytical tools, order-to-cash, and supply network management.

+ Advanced user-level of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

+ Fluency in English is a must.

+ Willingness to travel up to 30%.
