The Sr. Manager, Specialty Access Solutions, Oncology is responsible for supporting patient access and HUB services for oncology brands and oncology portfolio services. This role will work across the channel and multiple sites-of-care for a growing Oncology portfolio.

This position will ensure efficient operation of oncology access services (i.e., HUBs and other appropriate patient services) as prescribed by the Director. Responsibilities may include the development and execution of access/service tactics, coordination of initiatives with key stakeholders, and management of key HUB/service initiatives - all with the focus of optimizing access to Pfizer oncology products and the patient journey.

This position will collaborate closely with various brand teams, field teams, legal, vendors, Corporate Responsibility, and Payer & Channel Access colleagues who support the oncology business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

**Support initiatives in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Patient Access/HUB services, including:**

+ Development, or support the development of access tactical plans

+ Development and maintenance of patient access services, which may include: design, development, execution, and maintenance

+ Leading RFP selection process

+ Project management of service enhancements and initiatives

+ Recommend budget requirements and manage dedicated brand dollars for access and service initiatives

+ Be able to collaborate cross companies within co-promotion partnerships

**Support and/or Lead specific initiatives in the development, implementation, and maintenance of access and service strategies within multiple sites-of-care, including: HCP offices, infusion centers, home infusion, cancer centers, and other evolving sites-of-care. Additional responsibilities include:**

+ Facilitate development of services to support patients and providers at various sites-of-care for a growing IV Oncology portfolio

+ Analyze and understand access and HUB benchmarks across oncology competitors to help best position Pfizer

+ Understand the key drivers of product uptake in the various SOC's and how targeted services can assist this uptake and facilitate access

+ Ability to integrate market insights and analytics into access and services tactics/strategies

**Development/co-development of key tactical elements**

+ Development of patient access services content, collateral, printing, distribution and field communications

+ Review Committee (RC) representation for appropriate materials

+ Liaise with brand team and field organization where appropriate, including training

**Lead appropriate data integration and reporting initiatives, including:**

+ HUB key performance indicators performance data monitoring and alerting

+ HUB - SPP data feeds and onboarding coordination with SAS colleagues, as appropriate

+ HUB or vendor quarterly business reviews

**Coordination with Specialty Access Solutions (SAS) and PCA colleagues on initiatives with the SPP limited distribution network, specialty payers.**

The position will requires approximately 20% travel to HUB vendors, conferences, agencies, and other access related venues/meetings.


+ A high attention to detail with a customer service orientation is highly desired

+ Strong project management skills and experience

+ Experienced working in a cross functional, matrix organization required

+ Experience in executing and managing highly complex programs and projects

+ Analytical thinking and good communication skills


+ Demonstrated ability to manage patient access services planning, budget, project management and execution, a plus

+ Knowledge of HUBs and payer intermediaries for specialty/oncology products preferred

+ Understanding of reimbursement dynamics given multiple sites-of-care

+ IV product access and service experience across multiple sites of care, oncology IV products highly preferred

+ 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience

+ Experience in marketing, payer marketing, specialty pharmacy, strategic and tactical planning, and business analytics a plus


+ Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
