What You'll Do
You'll support VP of Global Service Provider (GSP) Marketing as the lead in Strategy, Planning, and Operations aka Chief of Staff (CoS). You will connect with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders to help refine, execute, and optimize GSP results. The operational foundations of the team are already in place, but we need a passionate leader who can take us to the next level.

Who You Are
You have 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale change leadership projects and developing change strategies to support large cross-functional and transformational programs. You are very comfortable using data to connect the dots, communicating the findings to executive level stakeholders, and you have exceptional PowerPoint skills to pull it all together.

You have the ability to develop plans and lead meetings that set strategy, objectives, and projects on complex business problems. You possess strong leadership, people management and project management skills. 

You have a BA/BS or Masters degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Org Effectiveness, Change Management, etc. 

Experience in the Service Provider industry is a strong plus. Additional desired skills and capabilities are:
  • Ability to lead the change management efforts, as well as cross-functional teams, to develop and execute complex change management programs.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing requirements from various teams and individuals, keeping all apprised of status in sufficient time to adjust plans if needed rather than compromise results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a strong level of partnership at all levels of the organization. Highly collaborative, tolerant of and able to drive large diverse teams across the world through influence; demonstrated teamwork, collaboration/interaction skills (influencing, negotiating, etc.)
  • High interest in using content and messaging to drive behavioral change.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, communicate those results in a timely and effective manner, combined with the ability to know when to bring in management to clarify or support efforts.
