The Technical Services Se. Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting intradepartmental customers, adoption and implementation of innovative solutions through data driven process improvement.


+ Analysis of business, process, and production data together for improvement of overall site operational effectiveness

+ Review data for development of process/product improvement projects:- Accountability and yield opportunities- Reduction of in-process defects/rejects- Improvement of process capabilities- Commodity improvements, e.g. glass, elastomer, closures

+ Familiarity and experience in use of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methods

+ Development and execution of studies to support changes to processes, materials or controls

+ Knowledgeable in use of data analysis tools from multiple sources

+ Provide support for Quality Investigations including issuance of technical reports summarizing findings/conclusions including readily understandable charts, graphs, tables and data plots



+ BS or higher in an engineering or process related field, or equivalent experience

+ 3 years minimum of process engineering or operational excellence experience in a pharmaceutical / medical device setting


+ 5-8 years of engineering or operational excellence experience in a pharmaceutical / medical device setting


Actively shares knowledge with others within Work Team through existing knowledge sharing processes/systems Demonstrates strong technical/functional knowledge High level of skill using MiniTab or equivalent statistical analysis software Demonstrates good understanding of pharmaceutical industry knowledge, cGMPs and ICH guidelines, and has strong understanding of business operations.


The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer healthcare industries and have a working knowledge of business procedures required to adequately perform minimal job functions. Must possess excellent communication skills coupled with leadership ability and an own it attitude. Have a strong history of problem solving and project accomplishment, the ability to overcome project obstacles, project and task management, an ability to manage priorities and lead others while working under pressure in a potentially ambiguous environment with aggressive time constraints.
