**PURPOSE OF POSITION/ROLE**







+ Strategic Planning for Oncology Business Group by coordinating Operating plans, Brand plans and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and productivity increase.



+ Flawless New Product Planning for Hematology portfolio with developing well-structured launch platform and prioritization of upcoming products to set the optimal level of investment







**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP**







+ This position reports directly to the SP/MKT 1 Team Lead works closely with other related functions







**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**



**Strategic Planning (30%)**







+ Coordinate operating plans, brand plans, key business review meetings



+ Lead and contribute to the development of above-brand operating plan / business review for Oncology BG



+ Develop long-term goals and strategic objectives for Oncology BG. Identify and analyze issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity



+ Manage BU-level, above-brand communications







**Hematology Product Management (70%)**







+ Ensure flawless launch readiness of new hematology portfolio in Korea with thorough market understandings and developing strategic collaboration with region/global (2018: Besponsa(ALL), 2020: Mylotarg(AML), Bosulif(CML))



+ Develop launch plan/operating plan for Besponsa and implement its pre launching activities



+ Build up strategic partnership with medical societies to identify issues& opportunities, unmet needs of markets in developing favorable treatment environments



+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal regulatory approval and P&R application.







**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**







+ Bachelor's degree or above



+ Preferably over 5 years sales & marketing experience (in the pharmaceutical industry)



+ Experience in hematology preferred



+ Strength in analytical and strategic thinking



+ Good interpersonal & communication skills



+ Proactive attitude and Passion



+ Strategic thinking & strong execution skill



+ Good interpersonal & communication skills
