**PURPOSE OF POSITION/ROLE**



The (Sr.) Product Manager is in charge of developing and executing business opportunities and digital marketing strategy including new digital initiative generation, strategic digital platform development & enhancement, a targeted business development and strategic partnering /alliance management. This position will develop business opportunities and digital marketing strategy that will fill the gap of the product/service or Category based on clear understanding of strategic priorities and the healthcare environment. This position will facilitate decision-making processes and lead implementations of business opportunities & digital marketing strategy in partnership with cross-function teams.







**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP**



This position reports to the Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager and works closely with other related functions (e.g. Marketing, GCO, BT, Medical, Regulatory, QO, Legal, GSC&PM, CA, H&V, TR, Finance, Global and Regional teams, Sales, etc).







**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**



**Achieve Business Results by leading digital marketing**







+ Develop and execute digital marketing strategy through championing new digital initiative generation, strategic digital platform development & enhancement



+ Lead implementations of digital marketing initiatives and work closely with relevant functions, BUs and Global/Regional teams to execute in accelerated and proactive manner



+ Develop and Execute Strategic partnership model for digital marketing initiatives to maximize business potential and enhance digital marketing capability for the organization



+ Identify and develop new digital marketing opportunities to fill the gap in response to market evolution







**Achieve Business Results by leading alliance management and business developments**







+ Develop and execute alliance management through championing a targeted business development



+ Develop and execute new product development plan based on PIH IM strategy



+ Lead implementations of planning initiatives and work closely with relevant functions, BUs and Global/Regional teams to execute on time and on budget.



+ Develop and Execute Strategic partnership model to maximize business potential



+ Identify and develop new business opportunities to fill the gap in response to market evolution







**Market Intelligence**







+ Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making







**Cross-divisional/functional Teamwork**







+ Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders



+ Align and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders in relevant functional teams to ensure coherent and consistent support that drives successful implementations and business







**Initiatives**







+ Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for objective achievement



+ Support BU initiatives







**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**







+ Bachelor degree or above



+ At least 2 years of commercial or digital marketing related experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or the related Industry



+ Strong knowledge in Marketing required.



+ Fluency in spoken and written English



+ Ability and eagerness to challenge status quo; make quick decisions; aggressively identify and seek opportunities to grow revenue; and lead/operate successfully in a matrixed team



+ Strong change leadership, communications, influencing and negotiations skills.



+ Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.



+ Strong problem solving skills and conflict resolution.
