As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will act as lead sales order support and issue resolution for sales channel(s).

+ Represent sales order operations within a sales channel and oversee operational processes in support of the channel.

+ Responsibilities include account issue resolution, resolving customer billing and, order and account set-up.

+ Oversee sales orders and sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of orders.

+ Interacts with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participate on projects on an as needed basis.

+ Troubleshoot, research and resolve issues relating to implementation, outages due to account set up errors and billing problems for customers.

+ Process order changes from customers.

+ Direct and coordinate the processing of sales orders.

+ Monitor sales orders system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.

+ Respond to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.

+ Ascertain related data such as ship to, bill-to and quantity.

+ Complete and maintain associated records, documents and logs.

+ Review of inventory levels at sales locations to identify potential shortages and recommend corrective actions.

+ Maintain an escalation path for emergency orders.

+ Enable sales staff to meet the needs of customers.

+ Ensure adequate stock of inventory for sales team to fulfill orders.

+ Resolve difficult order fulfillment issues and find solutions in timely manner.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Project management skills and experience

+ Sales support experience

+ Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments

+ Proven ability to be highly organized

+ Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous sales experience

+ Previous experience in a customer facing role
