Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools with focus on quality improvement, elimination of variation and rework, defect reduction, and innovation
Supports key initiatives and project work by developing project plans, conducting and / or supporting relevant validation testing, and communicating benefits, challenges, risks, and opportunities
Support innovation ideas and root cause remediation activities through end - to - end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes
Develops, demonstrates, and continuously improves understanding of upstream and downstream impacts to partners of business process operations and solutions
Identifies key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities, working with relevant stakeholders to establish appropriate criteria and goals
Uses appropriate tools and approaches such as RACI, IRAAD, Impact Analysis, etc.
