Description Worked in technical consultant/architect role in a Telecom service provider org (Must have)

Worked in data/information intensive projects.

Worked on design/solution/pricing/quoting of Telecom products and services (desired)



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Support sales support team to ensure they are able to deliver on all services that fall into their inbox for pricing/pre-sales support.

Understand client/sales team requirements & translates the business requirements into specific deliverables from a technical support standpoint

Understanding of customer network project requirement(Data, Voice and other new services) and help transform it into “Sales support” templates that feed into pricing teams.

Work on all major telecom services- VPN , Internet, Hosting, Cloud, Security , BVOIP, US Legacy voice/data (TFNs, PRIs, Advanced features, POTS lines, P2P etc.) etc.

Help sales support team for scope validation & network requirement gathering.

Collaborate with the sales, tech architects , product teams, Pricing group as needed to ensure scope from a sales support team point of view is clear (in order to avoid any errors).

Support migrating of services from one customer to another

Support Sales support team on inventory pulls and guide them on template creation/populating as needed for work center engagement (for doing necessary changes)

Attend meetings and kick off calls with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Support the sales support team as needed, by cross-training on systems and products

Participate in training to stay current on existing services and learn upcoming services

Be results-oriented and driven, should be able to navigate internally within various teams, systems and tools to ensure deliverables are met.

**Education and Qualifications:**

B.E./B.Tech (preferred Electronics and Communication) mandatory. Any additional technical certification (CCNA/CCNP etc.) would be an added advantage.



**Additional Information:**

Min 8 Year Exp. Data and Voice service (legacy and IP) , very good understanding about Voice and Data network, candidate with experience in US voice and data services would be preferred
