It's all part of our unwavering commitment to creating opportunities and bringing value to customers and communities around the world.Job Title:SrMgrIIDigitalStrategy-CACEmployment Type:Full TimeCity:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description:Develops and drives Walmarts communications strategy by partnering with Corporate Communications to ensure the development of communications plans and tactics designed align with business strategies, objectives, and priorities; collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure the Walmart message is aligned with the overall brand; ensuring Walmart's brand is protected in all communications avenues; providing guidance and framework to divisions and business units responsible for communicating Walmart's message to external parties; identifying areas of opportunity in the presentation of the corporate image and determining solutions to address gaps; identifying and driving innovative solutions to attract audiences; developing and recommending changes and improvements to current content, processes, and strategies; and providing guidance to business units in best practices for protecting the Walmart brand both internally and externally across all channels.

Ensures communication needs are achieved through working with the Creative and Channels teams to ensure the business is represented on appropriate platforms; determining industry trends business and reputational communications in both the traditional and digital space; researching advances communications tools; determining resource requirements; collaborating with appropriate departments to develop fresh content; developing content initiatives; determining return on investment for our communications strategy; and presenting new initiatives to senior leadership.

Oversees the design and development of overarching communications strategies and plans by collaborating with business areas and Corporate Affairs teams regarding objectives, needs, methods, presentation content, and needed support; reviewing content for clarity, meaningfulness, and relevance; providing feedback; approving timelines, creative design, and content; directing the team to identify creative and innovative methods of conceptualizing and presenting ideas and solutions; participating in cross-functional teams to determine digital communication strategy; counseling leaders on the most effective communication methods; and balancing changing and competing priorities while guiding strategic thinking.

Leads the implementation of communication initiatives and programs across Corporate Affairs by collaborating with cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives; determining program requirements to ensure functionality across digital platforms and other channels; evaluating and reviewing existing capabilities, initiatives, and programs; providing guidance to leadership regarding best practices for communicating with an emphasis on digital communication methods; ensuring a positive user experience for all audiences; and providing recommendations to internal teams regarding program changes.Additional Preferred Qualifications:1 years supervisory experience.
