Manage, validate and load 3rd Party circuits (inventory) in 3PT tools, Investigate and propose solutions for complex inventory issues/requests from various teams, Help resolve billing/invoicing discrepancies, Work on cost savings/new revenue projects with the Business Managers in the 3PT Disposition Team, Support the 3PT Ordering team in processing French orders, Contribute actively in providing innovative ideas/suggestions on the process and tooling enhancements that can drive improvements to customer service, operational efficiency and profitability.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1) Onboard Inventory in tools - Ensure that the data in all inventory onboarding requests from different teams is validated correctly, the onboarding ticket is raised and all stakeholders are informed when the inventory is on boarded in the tools. This work activity entails collaboration with different stakeholders to get all the information required for inventory onboarding.

2) Resolve Billing/Invoicing Disputes raised by Supplier/Customer - Assist in investigating and resolving invoice to inventory discrepancies raised by the Supplier Billing Team and Customer Billing discrepancies raised by the LCM/Sales teams. This work activity requires analyzing the tools and systems for the required info and engagement with various teams to resolve disputes.

3) Projects with the Disposition Team - Work closely with the Business Managers on disposition projects to identify and pursue cost savings/revenue opportunities. This work activity requires tracking savings/new revenue on executable recommendations for disposition projects which is a result of thorough analysis and investigation done by the Inventory Specialist in close collaboration with the Business Manager.

4) Other Request Categories - Work on a number of other types of requests such as Site Creation, Re pricing, Clean Up and Request for information from various teams.This work activity requires proper knowledge of the tools and processes to ensure that the appropriate changes/updates are made in the tools and the correct information is being disseminated to the requestors.

5) Provide Support to the 3PT Ordering Team for French Orders - Knowledge of French language required to process orders placed with suppliers in France and interact with these suppliers in French language.

6) Process Improvement - This work activity requires thorough knowledge of the existing processes and involves constant review of these processes to identify gaps, eliminate redundant processes/steps, provide constructive suggestions/recommendations to improve the processes/functions and identify areas of automation in the current work activities.

7) Gatekeeper - This work activity requires requests to be distributed uniformly among the Inventory Specialists based on the request categories.

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

- In depth knowledge of the 3PT tools and processes in order to perform the work.

- Good verbal and written communication skills since it involves collaborating and interacting with different teams to get the required info and resolve issues/disputes.

- Highly motivated individual who is a good listener and team player

- Understanding of network technologies

- Good analytical and problem solving skills since it involves thorough/in depth analysis of data in the tools to make proper conclusions/recommendations.

- Knowledge of French language(Mandatory)

**Education and Qualifications:**

Graduate (preferably Engineering) with 2-3 years of experience in operations support preferably in the Telecom Domain

**Additional Information:**

Willing and able to work full time during EMEA hours.
