Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned book of business with accountability for customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Create strategic retention and growth plan for each assigned customer
  • Establish, cultivate and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels
  • Serve as a health care consultant and trusted business advisor

You'll need to conceptualize effectively, communicate clearly and earn credibility within a demanding business environment. You will be challenged with building relationships with all different facets in the organization and be the face of the organization externally.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of strategic and consultative sales or account mgt experience within the Insurance (medical benefits) industry
  • Proficient business and financial acumen

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA)
  • ASO experience highly valued
