Description Due to growth and business success we have an opportunity for a seasoned Global Account Director to join the North EMEA Sales Center, to drive revenue and new sales growth with emphasis on Strategic Services.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

To take responsibility for the development and leadership of large complex sales opportunities within multinational organisations

Develop, qualify and drive large deals from concept to completion

Understand the client's business and create/identify new opportunities.

Perform both retention and acquisition activities including building and managing sales funnel, analyse and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas

Maintain contacts at different hierarchical levels of customer organisations to deliver, identify and drive business oriented solutions for the customer

Create a strategic account plan to develop an in-depth network within business customers and to spot opportunities at their earliest stage

Set up an internal network to provide the best service towards the clients and ensure the quality of the services delivered

Have a pro-active attitude in prospecting new business in emerging areas in order to present our services and solutions.

Draw up proposals together with the pre-sales team (network consultants, bid managers, etc.) and in close collaboration with service and project management, so that we can present detailed technical and business-oriented solutions to the customers

Lead global account team(s) toward achieving and exceeding business results



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Solid sales experience in a B2B environment



- At least eight years of consultative sales experience, business planning, executive positioning and experience selling into large Fortune 500 accounts. Working to projects in excess of €50m

- Preferably a minimum of five years of telecommunication sales experience

- solution selling

- account and relationship management

- leading virtual teams

- acquisition - developing new business

- executive level influence and selling



Established and loyal client portfolio

Experience of working for and/or with a large international organisation is critical

Right to live and work in EU/EEA

Fluent in English and Dutch

Degree qualified
