As a STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER- SECURITY at Cisco you’ll play a pivotal role in the sales process and work with a large portfolio of technology products and services, with a focus on Security technology. Who You'll Work With Our Web Platforms team works with the industry's most cutting-edge technologies. You have a unique opportunity to join this impactful sales team and drive adaptation of some of the most innovative technology in the world-Next Generation Data center Networks, Cloud and Security technologies. The Web Platforms team works with many of the industry's most exciting Web companies whose goal is to change how the world interacts and uses the web. We support some key customers such as Salesforce, eBay, Uber, PayPal, Netflix, Dropbox, Twitter, Airbnb and some emerging web customers such as Pinterest and Snapchat. Who You Are You have the ability to hunt for new opportunities focused on Security within our space and you’re capable of building deep strategic relationships with the CSO and identifying key stakeholders for policy and compliance across our customers. You possess the ability to translate theirbusiness/security needs to viable technical strategy that maps to business outcomes for our customers and vice versa. Technical roles with a Security focus in the past will be an added bonus as it will help you elevate the conversation to security architectures. Our requirements for this role are: • Candidate must be capable of also getting into the deep technical aspects of some of the key Cisco Security technology. • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
 • 5+years successful sales experience. • Strong understanding and experience with Datacenter products 
& environment • Exceptional communications skills. • Demonstrated success with selling to C-level management teams. • Demonstrated experience managing a large customer
