Job Details

This position will be responsible for Strategy development (overall BU strategy and prioritization through integration of brand/category strategies), Strategic Planning Process management, Improvement initiatives facilitation (e.g. revenue management, commercial planning), Opportunity scanning (to be fed into BU strategy) as main contribution areas.







**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**







**Develop mid-to-long term business/category/portfolio strategy**







+ By synthesizing diverse information such as category dynamics, internal capabilities, brands' strategy and plan, financials, etc.



+ By framing category/market analysis and leading and mobilizing multi-functional teams







**Lead and facilitate strategic planning process**







+ Annual planning plus key update milestones which include the aspects of brand, channel, etc.



+ Rolling/ad-hoc update on parts of the annual plan



+ By collaborating with all PCH-internal and cross-functional teams







**Explore and evaluate new business opportunities**







+ Scan and evaluate internal/external new business opportunities in line with BU strategy, interacting and collaborating with local, regional, global teams



+ Conduct initial investigation and qualification of opportunities, create initiatives, and manage transfer to relevant teams







**Support and facilitate initiative planning, strategy proposal, improvement exercise**







+ Evaluate and propose new initiatives and improvement areas in systems, ways of working, and capability development, etc. from planning, commercial, business management perspectives. This can include such areas as strategic revenue management, commercial planning, category analysis and strategy development, etc.



+ Facilitate the exercises/initiatives and implementation of improvement actions.







**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**







+ Bachelor degree or above (MBA is a plus.)



+ At least 7~8 yr's experience in any of marketing/strategy, business development, strategic consulting/planning related works (Diverse experience in the aforementioned areas will work as an advantage.)



+ Good knowledge and experience in corporate planning, brand planning, business opportunity evaluation, basic financials.



+ Self-motivated, proactive, organized



+ Strong analytical, interpersonal, synthesizing, project management, writing and communication (incl. presentation) skills



+ Fluency in spoken and written English



+ Mid-high level PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills



+ Experience of cross-functional collaboration and facilitation is highly valued.
