What you'll do
Cisco seeks a supply chain business analyst and project manager who will lead programs to implement Supply Chain Network optimizations and next generation modeling capabilities. 
Lead the program to implement Supply Chain Network Optimization next generation modeling capabilities.
Understand various functions within the team, and provide tool automation support to streamline and improve performance
Manage contractor resources to maintain our analysis servers and provision our Tableau server environment.
Effectively communicate analysis and recommendations to leadership.

Who you'll work with:
This role resides within the Network & Partner Services team at Cisco (part of Supply Chain Operations).
As a key team member, in this role, you will enable the long term analytics roadmap for the function and develop next generation capabilities.

You'll have a unique opportunity to work with a diverse, global, and cross-functional set of leaders in the organization as you drive value to Cisco.

Who You Are

Minimum requirements for this role:
7+ years relevant experience spanning network design, modeling, analytics, business intelligence, project management and system implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, management science, supply chain management, finance, or other quantitative disciplines. MBA preferred.

Adequate programming skill for tool automation, especially in optimization software packages, SQL, R, Python, SAS, MS Excel.

Fast executor, self-starter and a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering creative solutions that positively impact business outcomes.

Strong track record of successful supply-chain project implementations.
Strong communicator (written & verbal) & Influencer.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
