What You'll Do
* You will be a dynamic change agent to lead our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program
* You will partner with others to identify and mitigate business continuity risks to people, processes and technology across Cisco's global supply chain.
* You will be a risk management professional that is passionate about protecting our supply chain from all types of potential disruptions that can impact operations and revenue.
* You will be an advocate for promoting the importance of constantly improving operational resiliency and have a knack for being able to help others
* You will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving conformance with resiliency requirements and recovery goals for Cisco's critical operations process and those of our manufacturing partners and key suppliers.

Who You'll Work With
The Supply Chain Value Protection team is entrusted with protecting and ensuring Supply Chain Operations is a role model for responsible business including ensuring operational resiliency, ethical sourcing, environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance. As an operationally focused risk specialist you will closely partner with Corporate Risk Management, Global Manufacturing Operations, Global Supplier Management amongst others to ensure Supply Chain Operations adopts practical risk management and business resiliency practices.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering discipline; MS or MBA preferred
* 3 years of proven program/project management skills
* Experience developing and implementing business continuity and operational resiliency programs for business manufacturing, government, military operation or other major global enterprises
* Knowledge of BCP management systems and frameworks including ISO 22301
* Experience in developing and deploying process improvements and best practices across organizational functions with a strong focus on results
* Ability to collaborate and influence within a large matrixed organization

Desired Skills:
* Experience in a fast-paced, high technology environment
* Certification or advanced training in business resiliency from the Disaster Recovery Institute or the Business Continuity Institute or equivalent BCP experience
* Experience developing and evaluating business impact assessments and IT disaster recovery plans
