This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining aspects of Supply Chain Health and performance. A broad level of SCO expertise will be leveraged to assure maintenance is performed in background support systems. The role will track performance across service metrics through scorecarding and department or site communication. In addition, the role will be the main point of coordination in system trouble shooting and help desk coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Leverage all SCO Tools

· SCO Systems troubleshooting/Help Desk coordination

· Scorecarding: Compliance, Accuracy, Attainment, Scheduling

· Filter maintenance Lead

· Product Code Transition Lead

· PPT/Masterfiles Maintenance

· Systems maintenance oversight: ICS, DRP, PWM, WCS, MPS, MLS, MLS+1

· Need sheet accuracy (Produced and Non-Produced)

  • Potential coverage for SCO administrative responsibilities to maintain service to sales

· Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to address Supply Chain opportunities

· Other duties as assigned



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Broad SCO systems expertise

Strong Office Skills: Worksheets, Pivot Tables, Presentations

Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make trade off decisions quickly

Ability to give/receive constructive feedback

Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
