This position is responsible to lead the Arlington Supply Chain Team in the development and implementation of strategies, which deliver customer satisfaction (domestic and international customers) and deliver annual operating plan business results while building organizational capability. This position is also responsible to provide PGCS Arlington Operations with the correct materials, in the proper quantities, on time, in order to facilitate the manufacturing of concentrate at target specification while minimizing cost/cash flow.

  • Lead the Global Inventory Management agenda for PGCS to optimize cashflow while delivering \"Gold Standard\" service levels across the entire supply chain.
  • Ensure Arlington concentrate operations have the correct materials and proper quantities on-time to manufacture concentrate at target specifications while minimizing costs.
  • Flawless distribution of concentrate to NA and MEX DCs as measured by the right product, right place, right time and right cost.
  • Responsible for the planning of all inbound raw materials and packaging (~ MM$180 COGS annual basis)
  • Directly supports the corporate new products \"Speed to Market\" strategy through management of new products supply chain from raw material supplier to Concentrate DC's.
  • Flawless execution of New Product (NP) launches with NP concentrate demand volatility between 60% and 500 % of sales forecast requiring supply chain agility
  • Compliance with all Manufacturing GMP and Plant Food Safety Policies
  • Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
  • Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook.
  • Authority to immediately address safety risks
  • Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program.
  • Ensure adequate control design and effective execution as required. Test controls as determined by GCS sample size and recommend control documentation updates as required.


  • MBA (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing in SC, Purchasing and/or strategic sourcing (Mfg. environment)
  • Knowledge of the storage and transportation of Hazardous Materials.
  • Warehouse and Distribution experience (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks to completion
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 20-30% (Domestic & International)
