As a Supply Chain Manager at Pfizer you will be responsible for the Market forecast and availability of products manufactured by tolling manufacturers within Russia(Localization project). Supply Chain Manager owns end to end planning of specific portfolios within the market, collaborating with Marketing Managers, Demand Planning Managers and upstream global/procurement supply leads.

This position will include regular interaction with all levels of Global Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure product strategy, contract changes, market dynamics, and product supply are accurately reflected in the demand forecast, supply and manufacturing plan.


Serving as primary supply chain contact for marketing, finance, global supply, regulatory organizations:

- Control of bulk materials and finished goods timely delivery from European logistics center;

- Interactions with 3rd party manufacturing sites, inventory management, cash flow optimization and control.

-Attend regular meetings within cross-functional teams to review manufacturing schedule and operational activities.

- Manage the supply projection, inventory reserves, and inbound supply of sterile injectable pharmaceuticals for Russian market;

- Align supply chain processes with internal departments (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Accounting, etc.);

- Day-to-day operations in SAP-ECC, BOBJ, BIZO;

- Developing and distributing monthly SOP report with analytics to key stakeholders to communicate trends for strategic decision-making;

- Leading monthly review of KPIs (forecast error, BIAS, %-in-stock, inventory level), validate system calculations of KPIs;

- Manage supply contracts for deliveries to Russia

-Processing claims against supply contracts, managing claims in QTS system.


- University/Master's Degree or Equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of the relevant experience (preferable: supply chain, logistics, demand planning, inventory management);

- Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

- Advanced user of SAP-ECC;

- Communication and presentation skills;

- Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining internal compliance procedures and being responsible for decision making;

- Result oriented and pro-active approach to day-to-day work;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Upper-intermediate level of English - obligatory.
