  • This position is responsible to work together with NY planning organization in order to support the agenda for PWF's NA Supply Chain function.
  • This position is responsible for the plan, schedule and monitoring of all production activity in order to assure product availability by working closely with Purchasing, Production, and NY Logistics teams to finalize weekly agreed upon production schedule for following week. Short and long term capacity planning/smoothing
  • Production Compliance tracking
  • Demand Management Alignment with NYL
  • Capacity Analysis (CRP)
  • GCS and Sox controls- MIRA, demand planning
  • OFI validation
  • Forecast Accuracy analysis
  • Global supply chain scorecard for plant OFI and forecast accuracy
  • Production cycle creation/maintenance
  • Identification of materials at risk (MIRA process) and update of plant financial reserve
  • Global obsolescence file
  • New product setup in SAP for production planning data. Creation of master recipes/production versions (as required) *Dependent Objects
  • Provide support to manufacturing and raw material planning for issue resolution
  • Drive the effectiveness of the Demand Management process and implement process improvements where necessary while always maintaining robust control design and execution. Ensure control awareness by all participants in the process through quarterly GCS process walkthroughs
  • Function as a SME/Super-user for SAP demand planning and production planning tools and functionalities.


  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing in Supply Chain functions as Demand Management/Planning/Inventory Management and/or strategic sourcing (Mfg. environment)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MAPICS, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma concepts and methodologies
  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal written and verbal communicational skills.
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with ability to manage and develop supplier relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks to completion
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 20-30%
