What You'll Do
We're in a hyper-growth phase and are seeking more talent to join our team.  We have an exciting position available for a creative, inspired program manager to work with our Business Transformation team to oversee and program manage our Strategic Transformation Initiatives driving Supply Chain Digitization.
The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded background including 10 plus years' experience. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. In this role you will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. 

Who You'll Work With
You'll be directly working with Supply Chain Transformation- Business Transformation Team. In addition you'll also be working with other Supply Chain functions such as GSM, GP&F, GMO and T&Q.

*Execute on strategic and transformational projects to evolve capabilities
*Oversee and prioritize risk mitigation strategies while actively seeking and incorporating best practices 
*Understand Agile 
*Experience in developing and creating new programs from the ground up

Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS in engineering, computing science, business administration or supply chain management. MBA or MS degree preferred
* 5+ years program management experience
* Experience with agile management methodologies and ability to apply to hardware/software/transformation development programs
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong problem solving ability and high level of dedication
* Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
* Supports and encourages positive working behaviors in others
* Previous Experience in Supply Chain preferred
