What You’ll Do

Are you a game changer? We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to join our team and make an impact on product cost, quality and delivery for a multi-billion dollar business.

Your core responsibilities will include:

● Driving supply chain readiness for NPI launches

● Developing suppliers and influencing sourcing

● Shaping end-to-end cost management

● Executing risk management between proto and FCS through end of life

● Managing and ensuring a seamless product transition from NPI to sustaining

● Champion of specific commodity strategies for Data Center Switching products  

 

Who You'll Work With

Nexus Data Center Switching (DCS) group enables development for an ever expanding roadmap of complex switching products.

This highly visible SCPM role partners with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Finance, Marketing, IBP and Global Supplier Management teams in determining strategy and executing solutions for several NPI product developments in worldwide manufacturing.

Your supply chain expertise and collaborative style enables you to manage both supplier performance and team expectations by proactively driving suppliers to meet or exceed committed performance.

Minimum Qualifications

● BS or BA in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent (MBA is a plus)

● Experience in Product Operations as NPPM, SCPM, or PLPM or equivalent.

● Ability to manage continuity of supply, delivery and quality ensuring no shortages, delays, or quality issues from proto to FCS.

● Influence sourcing and fulfillment strategies to achieve optimal product cost and minimal BOM risk.

● Oversee and prioritize risk mitigation strategies (multi-source tech assessment, component, cost variance, supply chain review, and input)

● Deep understanding of all product cost elements with ability to clearly articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities.

● Excellent executive level communication, presentation and influencing skills

● Ability to analyze supply chain issues, formulate solutions and proposals, communicate plans and status in an executive manner.

● Actively seeks and incorporates best practices and results from post-project assessments into new products

● Deep understanding and experience with BOM and COGs

● Superior Microsoft Excel Skills  (BI and Tableau a plus)
