What You'll Do

You will help to define the next generation of quality at Cisco by leading key initiatives that will evolve Cisco’s quality management system. You will be part of a team of high-performing technical leaders and technical program managers who have demonstrated their ability to transform functions through collaborative problem solving. The Quality Management System team seeks a motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead, develop, implement, and execute complex policy, process, and data analytic solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Our team works with internal and external partners, supplier, and customers to ensure that we deliver products with unsurpassed HW and SW product quality to our customers. The Quality Management System team is responsible for breaking down silos and bringing together multiple functions across the company to work together in new ways to identify, solve, and implement customer impacting solutions. You have a unique opportunity to join this disruptive team where you will have the ability to impact how Cisco operates.

Who You Are

You have experience developing and implementing complex, transformational solutions. You have experience in HW and SW product and process quality. With this experience, you have managed programs/project portfolios and led large projects. These projects have had successful change management activities to ensure complete and seamless solution implementation. You have the ability to assemble and lead teams of subject matter experts to solve multifaceted business problems. You are able to develop problem statements and utilize statistical (Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.) and data driven methodologies to solve problems. You have advanced analytics and workflow development experience. You are able to distill new insights from large, complex data sets and scale the use of those insights to the enterprise through developing a scalable tool and/or reports.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
- BS or BA degree in program management, engineering, operations research, customer interaction, finance or related networking/technical fields.
- 5-8 years of related experience.
- Quality or Project/Program Management also required.
- MBA or MS degree preferred
