Job Details

**Responsible to support, manage, and improve supply chain technical capabilities in the Above Market Planning Hub for LATAM including Supply Chain Systems adoption, Reporting and Analytics, Finished Goods Master Data Orchestration, and Product Life Cycle Projects Management (PCM) changes.**

+ SME for SAP/APO, and other supporting systems in support of supply assurance. Responsible for driving optimal usage of available technology and systems, development of standards, guidelines to support standard work and coordinate deployment of new processes and training to new colleagues

+ Development of analytics platforms and process for supply assurance.

+ Accountable for orchestration of finished good master data creation/maintenance and owner of the planning master data parameters related to market.

+ Accountable for governance of product change management processes. Coaching analysts/coordinators along their responsibilities in these areas.

+ Identify, prioritize and drive improvement initiatives related to metrics, reporting and analytics, master data and product change management

**Systems adoption SME**

+ Work with Hub and global SMEs to implement best practices in usage of APO, BOBJ, Tableau, and other platforms for optimal leverage of systems and standard work for the AMP hub supply assurance.

+ Lead training and implementation of new processes , reports and technical capabilities in the AMP hub and Market

**Reporting and Analytics**

+ Work with AMP and Regional SCto develop a strategies and capabilities required to support descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics in support of Regional supply chain Improvements, including but not limited to inventory, supply performance, and supply projections

+ Guide and coach team and Hub colleagues to:

Develop accurate and timely reporting and analyses

Generate insight from all of the above

Recommend ways to continuously improve metrics, reporting and analytics tools and processes.


+ SME and governance for Supply Chain PCM processes: Product Launches, Source/technical changes and artwork changes.

+ Own supply assurance project management of Source/Technical changes

+ Develop metrics to measure performance and lead continuous improvements of PCM process in close collaboration with network, regulatory, ALIM, hub and other key stakeholders involved

**Master Data**

+ Own the Supply Chain agreements process and maintenance of the market related planning parameters

+ Drive orchestration of finished good master data creation and maintenance

+ Develop metrics to measure performance and lead continuous improvement of master data processes in collaboration with global master data teams, NSO, markets, GFS, sites and other key stakeholders.

**Key qualifications**

+ 7+ years of relevant experience required in Supply Chain Management preferably in roles with accountabilities in analytics, continuous improvement and project management

**Technical skills required**

+ Understanding of manufacturing operations and end to end supply chain

+ Understanding of platforms, process and usage of analytics applied to Supply Chain performance

+ Understanding of platforms, process to manage master data

+ Continuous improvement: Leadership of cost, operations and business improvement projects for Supply processes

+ SME of ERP, supply systems

+ Exposure to business finance

**Key capabilities**

+ Strong analytical skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis

+ Proven experience in managing, coaching and developing teams

+ Ability to influence decisions across different levels of the organization including senior leadership

+ Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization, instilling trust and collaboration

+ Ability to effectively manage projects - timelines, stakeholders and risks

+ Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex situations involving many moving parts

+ Expertise in leveraging systems and reporting tools

+ Makes good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience and judgment

+ Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel

+ Strong oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information required at different levels and for different stakeholders, including senior leadership

Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and within a multi-cultural environment, balancing needs of different stakeholders including senior leadership
