Job Description

::Heartland Behavioral Health provides both acute hospitalization for ages 4-17 and specialty residential treatment for ages 12-17. Our dedicated clinical and behavioral health specialist staff fully embrace evidence-based therapeutic modalities, while keeping an utmost commitment to trauma informed care. We continuously focus on the mission of changing lives while providing an individualized experience for each child that enters our facility.

Provides support in admissions coordination activities.  Supports various insurance and financial counseling functions related to ensuring financial payments and follow-up paperwork completion.   Work across day and evening shifts,  Coordinating and approving intake assessments with in our crisis access department,  Coordinate time off and coverage for the intake department,  Rotate after hours and weekend on-call for the purpose of reviewing call assessments. 

Sign on bonus of $3000.00.

Job Requirements

::

Admissions Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW)  Licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW) Opportunity 12pm-8pm     

Individual will possess licensure as  LPC, LMSW, or  LCSW;     Prefer specific experience in the intake department, including management and training of employees.

Individual will have strong working knowledge of insurance verification, medical necessity requirements for both acute and residential treatment and benefit plans,   demonstrate an ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and other hospital specific programs, and  be detail orientated and have an experience in providing quality customer service.

 

-clinical supervision offered toward LCSW

-on-call weekend rotation with pay

-crisis assessment skills required

-experience in mental health field as an LMSW or LCSW

-CEU reimbursement toward LMSW or LCSW 

-trauma informed Care environment
