As a member of PepsiCos Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for developing and executing against the talent acquisition strategy with a primary focus on the management of full life cycle recruiting for front-line level openings (L05 and Below) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Associate TAM will have supervisory responsibility on the assigned geography and will lead a team (and personally handle some work) that will work on open positions , employ progressive, no-fee practices to target and attract ideal external candidates where necessary, convey PepsiCos employment value proposition to both internal and external applicants and provide a best-in-class candidate and client experience. They are well grounded in the development of core sourcing processes for identifying and hiring external talent when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic Talent Advisory support to the HR and Functional Leadership team for a specific geography by seeking to understand the functions current state and strategic growth plans and associated talent/skill needs/gaps.
- Develop, present and align with their internal stakeholders on a talent acquisition strategy aimed at meeting these needs, in light of both their Talent Acquisition expertise and the current state of the external marketplace. Will need to influence and take others with them via recommendations based on data/analytics, best practices and via the development of authentic business partnerships.
- Provide best-in-class staffing support to respective client teams, with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept(TTA), system accuracy, among others.
- Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:
o Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting resulting in service-level alignment
o Ensuring timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team
o Develop Sourcing Strategy with strong emphasis on leveraging creative tools to identify passive talent (i.e. Frontline Tools, employee referrals, Social media, etc.) for both current and pipeline needs
o Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team. Candidate slate representation should meet Diversity and Talent Mix requirements established by the function.
o Manage the candidate and client feedback process with a goal of achieving consensus with the hiring team. Convey hiring team feedback to candidate; ensure further interest to proceed to next phase and provide necessary coaching if necessary.
o Develop & present final offer to candidate and manage offer negotiations when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, Executive functional leads, HR partner(s), in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.
- Proactively identifies issues and develops solutions with zero to minimal oversight.
- Proven expert relative to the ability to effectively communicate PepsiCos compelling employment proposition by presenting candidates with information related to: PepsiCos culture, leadership model, function-specific career path model and employment brand. This will enable candidates to fully embrace the opportunity and truly comprehend the longer-term career and earning potential.
- Well-versed in external market trends and recruiting techniques.
- Will lead a client focused TA project that supports clients short and/or long term needs, goals, and/or Annual Operating Plans.
- Will participate and/or lead an annual TA functional project work focused on improving processes, TA metric results, as well as quality of hire.
- Become a thought leader on the region TA team by staying abreast of external trends/practices and leveraging data analytics to influence the TA Leadership Team to consider and implement solutions and best practices which they believe will advance our goal of becoming the Worlds Best TA Team.


A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Overall demonstration of Advisor-ship capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
Previous HR experience or HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work will also be considered
Must be able to provide prior examples of influence management and taking others with you
High-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience within a corporate setting is preferred
Advanced experience and proficiency in ATS utilization is preferred
Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration and organizational need
Displays a strong level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnerships
Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
Must be collaborative team player
Strong oral and written communication skills
Project management experience preferred.
Supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching and development of team members
