Job Description

The Talent Management Analyst will support the IT function and IT TM Director in executing a variety of talent management initiatives to build organizational capability; enhance organization effectiveness and build talent bench strength.. They will be involved in a range of projects focused on HiPo development, workforce analytics, succession planning, career frameworks, and interventions to improve team and organization effectiveness. The Analyst will also support the broader GFGC function to help develop a consistent reporting/analytics process and/or tool.


  • Measurement, tracking, and analysis of key OD initiatives including capability and development programs, career/competency frameworks, etc. Consulting & Executing
  • Assist in delivery of capability and development programs including program design and development, event planning, and communications - Executing
  • Project Manage Change Management initiatives - Executing
  • Support execution, analysis, and management of PepsiCo Core Processes - 360 feedback system, Org Health survey data, Manager Quality surveys, PMP and other assessment projects - Executing
  • Run reports on talent, synthesize overall talent findings for each client group and support the People Planning process Consulting & Executing
  • Liaise and coordinate with HRBPs and COEs to facilitate implementation of COE led initiatives with client groups Consulting & Executing
  • Lead the development, coordination, and distribution of employee communications and portal pages - Executing


  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business required.
  • 2+ years of industry or human capital consulting experience with talent management, performance management, organizational design, or business transformation
  • Proven project management and data organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and provide clear guidance to multiple levels of the organization
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills, including strong analytical abilities and the ability to learn from experience
  • Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS required and other survey design programs (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred
