RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Compliance Reporting Prepare and submit compliance report notifications to state agencies - WA, IN, FL, MO, MI, NC, MS, AR, ME
* Complete SUI Check Reconciliation for FBC clients - Maintain log, research for validity, code for accounting
* Complete tax payments that are not paid by San Dimas Colorado Occupational Privilege Tax Maintain client list with account numbers
* Obtain client account numbers from regions/tax agency
* Prepare and complete Bureau of Labor Statistic, Occupational Reports, Census Reports, Industry Verification Reports - Run query and complete forms mail to agency
* EV4 Account & ID Updates - Updates to existing client rate changes and account number updates if notices are received via Clarify or email that require a change to be made
* Complete payroll tax registrations as needed according to Applied for Listing provided by Manager and COG Tax
* Complete EFT registrations as requested by state agency
* Research for information needed to prepare registration and contact corporate for their review if necessary
* Obtain proper signatures fax or mail registration to agency Maintain log with accounts
* Agency Notices (Tracers), Problem Resolution - Complete pre-research on state and local tax notices received with log for duplication and unnecessary tracers
* Fax to San Dimas for Tracer Set up Send notices to Tax Processing to monitor and assist San Dimas in resolving issue
* Correspond directly with tax agencies on urgent notices -
* Complete check reconciliation for PEO State and Local Checks -- Maintain log, research for validity, code for accounting
* Review Business License Log for any upcoming licenses due
* Request query from Manager Prepare license renewal form and request payment
* Mail renewal form and check to agency
* Complete tax payments that are not paid by San Dimas -Sacramento, CA & St Louis, MO
* Employer Expense tax request query from Manager prepare return and request quarterly payment mail returns and payments to local taxing authority
* PA Local Service Tax Review local service tax reports received from Tax Processing Print missing reports Obtain query from Manager
* Identify taxing jurisdiction for each WSE send clarify to region if questionable prepare return and request quarterly payment mail returns and payments to local taxing authority
* Escheat Filing -- Create file from EV4 and accounting, send to regions for verification.
* Send completed file to corporate for processing.
* Prepare Texas Franchise Tax Reports
* Create communication for clients.
* Create report and send to client once requested
* Federal agency notices (Tracers), Problem Resolution - Complete pre-research federal tax notices received Fax to AVS for tracer set up monitor and assist AVS in resolving issue
* Complete and file CA Environmental Fee annually by client.
* Maintain client list with account numbers
* Obtain client account numbers from regions/tax agency
* Prepare returns and request payments
* Accounts Payable Checks Print checks as requested
* Local Tax Reports Produce report weekly and send to regions
* Maintain log
* Regulatory Reporting to Legal as requested - Run Monthly Wages by Entity/State for Legal monthly - SC/FL Quarterly
* Quarterly Certification Audit Work with D&T and provide work papers and coordinate with various departments
* MutliWorksite Reports - Complete manual reports at client level for clients with multiple locations - quarterly and send to tax agency
* Ohio Commercial Activity Tax prepare quarterly report and send to Barbara Beben
* FICA Tip Credit Report run report for corporate and accounting
* Corp Annual Allocations Prepare state and local wages and report to Corporate
* Unique Tax Log Maintain and update as needed
* Property Tax Returns - Receive asset listing from accounting, prepare property tax return and request payment mail to agency
* Tax Check Reconciliation Overall

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* 3 - 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
