In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. You'll combine a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help customers enjoy every drop of value within our products. In this role you will perform tax filing, research and/or amend filing functions as assigned. Meet both quality and production standards established for this level. You will respond to agency, payroll center and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will monitor established turnaround guidelines. * File/amend tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
* Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
* Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
* Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
* Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedures.


* High School diploma
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
