ADP is hiring a Pre-screen Notice Team Lead. Leads team responsible for accurate and timely submission of WOTC tax credit forms to State Workforce Agencies in accordance with WOTC program guidelines and using State Workforce Agencies (SWA) specific requirements and client specific requirements. Provides functional support to the PSN team by acting as a expert in WOTC and TCS processing. Functional knowledge includes: determination of form eligibility, acceptable supporting documentation, form processing within federal deadline. Responsible for ensuring that PSN is updated and compliant with WOTC program related guidelines, specific state requirements, and client obligations. Team Lead performs quality assurance on various functions within PSN ensuring accurate forms are submitted to SWA. Team Lead acts a gate keeper determining daily production volume and distribution to ensure timely submittal of the 3k plus forms received daily. At ADP we are driven by your success. * Coordinates and monitors daily time sensitive workflow and production.
* Creates PSN reports to include: daily production reports, state assignment forms, track and log daily SWA report and priority backup reporting.
* Works with associates to field questions and insure quality timely production goals are met using tax program, SWA and client requirements and guidelines.
* Assists in cross training plans and goal setting.
* Insures tracking methods are maintained and updated as required by management
* Assists in monitoring associate performance and communicates with Supervisors
* Strives to identify and implement process efficiencies.
* Fosters solid working relationships with team and other operational departments to sustain and promote the exchange of knowledge.
* Updates, records and communicates program guidelines, state and client specific requirements.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.


* 3-5 years of work experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role
* High School Diploma/GED #cb# #LISERVICE
