Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Health is a 64-bed Residential Treatment Center that offers quality behavioral health services to adolescent males and females aged 7-21 with psychiatric, behavioral, or conduct issues.  We currently are seeking a first shift Team Leader.  The Team Leader will provide guidance as a strong leader, mentor, and positive role model to our children and staff in the safe operation of a therapeutic milieu environment.  This is a challenging and inspiring opportunity for those who have direct care and supervisory experience with youth in a professional environment.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Degree in psychology, social sciences, or humanities preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Effective, supportive team member and leader
  • Well developed independent problem solving techniques
  • Strong display of communication competency
  • Core ability to provide Service Excellence
  • Prior work with youth in a professional environment
  • Effective leadership skills and supervisory experience
