Description:

TalentX is hiring a Client Success Team Leader. In this position, you'll use your project management and leadership expertise to assist the Client Success team leader in establishing the direction of daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and building an overall productive and fun working environment for the Client Success team

TalentX is one of ADP venture specializing in the design and development of Talent management products. We are currently hiring a Client Success Team Leader based in Norfolk VA.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the client success leader in building and leading the Client Success team based in Norfolk
  • Lead daily activities of the team to ensure all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
  • Enhanced understanding and implementation of TalentX philosophy and strategic goals. Own the use of standard process workflows by team
  • Train and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working the Client Success leader to oversee additional training as needed
  • Track various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods
  • Manage escalated issues and provide direction.
  • Evaluate associates on performance. Complete annual performance appraisals and define Individual development plans.
  • Serve as consultant for the external clients and business partner to TalentX associates
  • Ensure high client happiness level from TalentX products and support
  • Analyze and present client feedback and team statistics to talent leadership team
  • Participate in task-forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and teamwork opportunities with other business units



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • At least 3 years of people leadership experience
  • At least 2 years change management or large scale implementations experience
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and raise to the appropriate level
  • MS Office
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, time management, customer service and analytical skills
  • Ability to work virtually with TalentX leadership team based in New York City
